The Strategy Director leads strategic planning initiatives, identifies growth opportunities, and ensures alignment of strategic goals across departments.
The role focuses on long-term planning, competitive analysis, corporate development, and cross-functional strategy implementation to support sustainable growth and business performance.
Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute long-term strategic plans to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership.
• Advise the CEO and executive leadership on high-impact strategic decisions and business priorities.
• Oversee company-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment and successful implementation.
• Identify, evaluate, and lead execution of new business opportunities, partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Manage strategic planning cycles, including environmental scanning, industry benchmarking, and scenario planning.
• Direct competitive intelligence efforts to anticipate market shifts and proactively adjust strategies.
• Establish key strategic performance indicators and monitor progress through dashboards and reporting tools.
• Act as a change leader in driving organizational transformation, innovation, and culture alignment with strategic goals.
• Represent the organization in high-level external engagements with investors, regulatory bodies, and key partners.
• Lead and develop a high-performing strategy team, fostering a culture of data-driven thinking and strategic foresight.
