This position plays a central role in driving commercial performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and aligning operational execution with the company’s strategic objectives.
Operating at both a strategic and operational level, the Retail Director coordinates closely with internal departments, regional and district management teams, as well as external partners and stakeholders. Key areas of focus include sales growth, financial oversight, workforce leadership, process optimisation, and the integration of international retail trends into local market strategies.
Success in this role requires deep expertise in European retail management and strong familiarity with local market dynamics. A proven ability to interpret global retail developments and evolving consumer behaviours is essential, as is the capacity to lead large, diverse teams across a complex operational landscape.
In addition to overseeing day-to-day activities, this role contributes to the long-term development of the company’s retail footprint. It serves as a bridge between strategic leadership and in-store execution, ensuring the retail network evolves in line with brand vision and business growth targets.
Experience managing in excess of 30 stores.
