We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Operations Regional Manager to lead our clients operations in the North Region, ensuring operational excellence and business growth.

The Retail Operations Regional Manager will oversee the performance and operations of multiple retail stores in the North Region of Saudi Arabia.
This role requires a strategic leader with native Arabic fluency, a passion for retail, and a focus on driving growth for both the organization and themselves.
The candidate must be prepared to travel frequently within the region and the Kingdom to ensure consistent standards and performance across all stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of retail stores in the North Region, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop Store Managers and their teams to achieve sales targets, maintain high customer service standards, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Sales & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance brand presence in the region.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all stores, addressing escalations and feedback promptly.
  • Inventory & Merchandising: Collaborate with supply chain and merchandising teams to ensure optimal stock levels, effective visual merchandising, and product availability.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all stores adhere to local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
  • Travel: Regularly visit stores across the North Region to assess performance, provide support, and implement improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a regional or multi-store management role.
  • Language: Native Arabic fluency (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of retail KPIs, financial metrics, and growth strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Dynamic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
