My leading multinational retail client is seeking an International Recruitment Manager to join their incredible business to play key role in securing the future talent pool and growth of this highly regarded retailer both in terms of performance and culture.

**Job Summary:**
As the International Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent from across the globe to join the organization in Saudi Arabia. This role demands expertise in recruitment strategies within the retail with particular experience in the full recruitment process hiring from Asia, Africa, EU, GCC at both lower level and mid management.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement global recruitment strategies to attract experienced professionals in retail across all disciplines ( operations, sales, IT, logistics etc)
- Utilize various recruitment channels including social media, job boards, industry networks, and partnerships with recruitment agencies to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Conduct screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate international recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Negotiate and finalize employment offers in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.

- Saudi Arabian national with strong knowledge of local employment regulations and practices.
- Ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in recruitment, specifically within retail, FMCG, or hospitality industries, with a focus on both local & international hiring.
- Familiarity with global sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English is required
