Job Description
  • Developing marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives, identifying target audiences, and setting marketing budgets.
  • Overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions.
  • Conducting research to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.
  • Building and maintaining the brand's image and identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with other teams, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  • Planning and executing product launches, including market positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Managing and guiding a marketing team, setting goals, and evaluating performance.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using data and metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Creating or overseeing the creation of marketing content such as advertisements, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns, OH.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to enhance marketing reach.
  • Managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring cost-efficiency in marketing activities.
  • Developing strategies to engage and retain customers, including loyalty programs and customer feedback mechanisms.
  • Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate them into marketing strategies.
  • Ensuring all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards, including data privacy and advertising regulations.
  • Evaluating the return on investment of marketing activities and adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.
  • Identifying and establishing partnerships or alliances that can benefit the company.

Education ▪                 Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Marketing.
▪                 Master’s degree is plus.
Experience ▪                 4+   years’ experience in marketing/branding. Managed marketing budget with marketing campaign.
▪                 Strong understanding of Marketing executionsin Retail
▪                 Execution at high level.
▪                 Effective communicator across all levels.
▪                 Collaboration with others.
