Job Description
Lead all Services Operations related to the Consumer Electronics , small appliances and home appliances products through creating, selling and supporting services products to deliver Customer satisfaction, Services Sales growth, Service expansion, KPIs achievement, cost control, and Organization Building (People, Process and infrastructure) globall. Lead a group of technically and managerially skilled team to achieve the objectives of the business Unit
- Develop and manage the execution of the CE products services strategies and plans.
- Perform business planning and budgeting for Related Services
- Create and develop new Services Products. This include consumer surveys, market analysis, creating service packages, develop training and marketing materials, assure technical readiness, recruit service team and acquire needed resources
- Sales forecast preparation, target distribution, sales follow-up, analysis and preparing action plans. Continues development of the existing products to maintain sustainability.
- Identify Services operations and sales challenges and think of solutions to overcome them. This may include making big changes to existing processes, systems or products, improving and adapting existing methods and techniques.
- Ensures the implementation of Services standard operating processes across all service locations.
- Define the set of measures and KPI that enable the monitoring of the progress toward the desired goals, continuously track them and assure the resolution of related Gaps
- Monitor, and coach the reporting heads to assure their effective personal development.
- Hires, trains, qualifies and develops the Services teams to enable them to perform to their maximum capacity.
- Lead the Services team to handle customers’ complaints with timely manner.
- Control the Services expense budget and generates savings
- Lead the repair of CE products damaged imported items.
- Lead the resolution of all personnel related issues impacting the team to retain them and improve their moral.
- Develop and implement the Service Level Agreement regulating the relation between Services and the vendors.
- Lead the strategic growth and expansion of the smart products services products (including home automation products).
- Participates in the services organization building and business expansion and proactively looks for improvements.
