Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR operations, ensuring they align with our business goals.
  • Lead, guide, and manage a team of 3 managers: Employee Relation ManagerAdministration/Support Services Manager, and Government Relation Manager.
  • Manage a total headcount of around 25 employees.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Requirements

  • 12 – 15 years of experience in HR, mainly in the field of employee relations, recruitment, administration, and government relations.
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing other managers in HR operations.
  • Retail sector experience essential and highly beneficial to have worked across retail operations/Logistics/ Ecom/Marketing and Commercial disciplines.
  • Strong ability to manage and work with senior management.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
