Luxury Men's Ready-to-Wear (RTW) General Merchandise Manager
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Luxury Men's Ready-to-Wear General Merchandise Manager to lead a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of the luxury fashion market across Asia but specifically Greater China and HK, a passion for men's RTW, and a proven track record in driving success in a retail environment. This is an exciting opportunity to curate and manage a distinguished collection of men's RTW, setting the standard for excellence in the industry.
1. **Product Curation:**
   - Curate and oversee a comprehensive collection of luxury men's ready-to-wear, ensuring it aligns with the brand's image and customer expectations.
   - Stay abreast of industry trends, identifying emerging designers and timeless classics to enhance the product assortment.
2. **Global Sourcing:**
   - Establish and maintain strong relationships with international designers, brands, and suppliers.
   - Attend global fashion weeks, trade shows, and showroom appointments to stay ahead of trends and secure exclusive partnerships.
3. **Inventory Management:**
   - Develop and implement effective inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize excess.
   - Monitor sell-through rates, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to maximize profitability.
4. **Collaboration:**
   - Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and seasonal campaigns.
   - Collaborate with visual merchandising to create compelling in-store displays and elevate the overall shopping experience.
5. **Team Leadership:**
   - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of merchandisers, buyers, and support staff.
   - Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment that encourages creativity and excellence.
- Proven experience in a senior merchandising or general merchandise management role, specifically in luxury men's ready-to-wear.
- In-depth knowledge of the global luxury fashion market, with a keen understanding of men's fashion trends and customer preferences.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Mandarin Fluency required
