Managing day-to-day trading activity on .com

Reporting into the Ecommerce Trading Head you will be managing a team of merchandiser and responsible for the execution of promotional plan across all websites ensuring all promotional activity goes live correctly and according to plan. A key part of trading websites is understanding performance.
You will use web analytics tools and work closely with Commercial, Marketing and Insight Teams to monitor performance of all the key elements of trading to understand the success of the promotional activity, making recommendations for change daily.
This role requires a strong commercial flair, communication and organization skills.
Applicants will have performed similar roles previously within retail industry.
Professionally spoken and written English must for this role.
* Strong understanding of the trading performance and feed this into the key directional and trade meetings to use as a basis to make decisions around the promotional plan.
* Responsible for the execution of the promotional plan and making decisions as to how best to execute promotions on the website to gain maximum visitor attention and drive sales and conversion.
* Manage team to deliver the promotional plan ensuring all promotional activity goes live correctly and according to plan to include performing out of hours, weekend checks and managing activities over the weekend.
* Using web analytics tools and working with Commercial and Marketing teams, you will monitor performance of all the key elements of the website to understand the success of the promotions. Making recommendations for change and feeding this back to other managers, Heads of Department and Directors as appropriate.
* Conduct regular competitor activity reviews across both retail stores and online to understand the marketplace and environment.
* You will review onsite search behavior to gain an understanding of keyword queries and manipulate the products within the search pages to drive conversion.
* You will be responsible for ensuring that user experience is optimum at all times on a day to day basis and consult with the User Experience team on this as regularly. Trade Plan Integration Ensure that we have a customer focused trade plan that supports the business's ambitions, delivered right first time. * At least 4 years' experience in ecommerce trading.
* High proficiency in MS Office.
* Proactive & positive attitude.
* Attention to detail is a must have attribute.
* Commercial and business acumen.

Circa 18000 SAR Total + bonus.
