Job Description
Responsible for developing the overall trade plan, ensuring alignment with all key stakeholders from across the business, and then ensuring successful delivery of all promotions and events to support profitable growth, with a plan driven by data and customer insight.
Delivering the right message to the right customer at the right time, ensuring analysis in campaign and post-campaign.
The Numbers Responsible for the overall website performance, including budgeting & forecasting of key online metrics, including traffic, conversion and AOV.
This will link to all activity on the website to support delivering the numbers, ensuring tracking through daily/weekly reports that support decision-making, together with updating the business on performance.

Customer Journey Optimization of the customer journey & user experience online to support conversion improvement.

Working with the online customer experience team. Looking at the competition and liaising with the key customer-facing team, including customer services, stores and phone sales to gather feedback to support improving the online experience.

The ability to keep a cool head and use insight and data to support the discussions Online Trade Experience 3 + years of experience within online trade planning, analyzing performance and being agile in your approach to support delivering our KPIs, with strong experience using the relevant online analytics tools.

Systems Experience Experience in using Web analytics (ideally GA), CMS (ideally Hybris) and highly proficient in Excel.

Commercial Acumen Strong analytical mindset, with experience in budgeting & forecasting, plus the ability to understand complex data, simplify and use it to support decision-making with overall attention to critical detail.
