We are seeking a visionary Chief People Officer to lead our human capital strategy, shaping a high-performance culture and driving talent development in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and implement HR strategies that support business growth, digital transformation, and organisational excellence.
Foster an inclusive, values-driven culture that promotes engagement and innovation.
Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Oversee competitive total reward programmes and ensure regulatory compliance.
Drive HR digitisation and analytics to enhance decision-making and employee experience.
Ensure adherence to Saudi labour laws, SAMA guidelines, and Saudisation objectives.
Requirements:
Saudi National (mandatory)
10+ years’ progressive HR leadership experience from Director to C-level in banking or financial services.
Proven expertise in HR strategy, organisational development, and transformation in growth business/groups
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
