Chief Executive Officer / Board of Directors
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will lead and optimise all HR operations across the organisation, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour law, GOSI, Saudisation (Nitaqat), and Ministry of Human Resources & Social Development (MHRSD) requirements.
This role is hands-on and execution-led, focused on building efficient HR infrastructure, policies, systems, and workforce governance while supporting business growth, operational excellence, and localisation objectives.
Own and oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, contracts, personnel files, and employee lifecycle management
Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labour Law, MHRSD regulations, GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Absher, and other government platforms
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and SOPs aligned with local regulations and company standards
Lead HR audits, internal controls, and regulatory reporting
Act as the primary escalation point for employee relations, grievances, disciplinary processes, and investigations
Ensure fair, compliant, and culturally appropriate handling of performance management, warnings, and terminations
Advise leadership on workforce risks, compliance issues, and people-related operational decisions
Partner with leadership on workforce planning aligned with Vision 2030 objectives
Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance
Design and manage compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with market benchmarks and internal equity
Ensure correct administration of EOSB, leaves, allowances, and benefits
Implement and optimise HRIS and payroll systems to improve efficiency, reporting, and data integrity
Produce regular HR dashboards covering headcount, turnover, Saudisation, absenteeism, and compliance metrics
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and audit readiness
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on HR operational risks and solutions
Lead, develop, and performance-manage the HR team
Support organisational change, restructuring, and workforce optimisation initiatives
Fully compliant HR operating model across the organisation
Robust HR policies and employee handbook compliant with KSA law
Accurate, timely payroll and HR administration
Sustainable Saudisation performance
Clear HR metrics and reporting to leadership
Saudi National
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field
Minimum 12–15 years HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
Deep, hands-on expertise in HR operations within Saudi Arabia
Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Absher
Proven experience managing large operational workforces
Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
Experience in sectors such as Retail, Banking, Supply, Logisitcs, FMCG
Experience leading HR transformation or system implementation
