Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of sales associates and support staff.

- Sales and Revenue Generation.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed store targets.
- Analyse sales performance and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue.
- Oversee the visual merchandising layout to showcase products effectively.
- Ensure the store adheres to brand guidelines in terms of aesthetics and presentation.
