Performance Marketing Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media strategy and execution across multiple international ecommerce markets.

This role focuses on driving customer acquisition, brand visibility and revenue growth through data-driven paid media campaigns across search, social and display channels.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies across international markets
• Manage campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other digital channels
• Optimise campaign performance through data analysis and continuous testing
• Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies and targeting frameworks
• Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPA, conversion rate and ROAS
• Analyse performance data and provide actionable optimisation recommendations
• Lead A/B testing initiatives across ads and landing pages
• Coordinate with marketing, creative and analytics teams to maximise campaign performance
• Manage relationships with agencies and media partners


Candidate Profile

• Experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns
• Strong understanding of search, social and display advertising platforms
• Proven ability managing significant digital marketing budgets
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
