Ecommerce Partnerships Growth Manager - Are you someone who can sit in a room, own a number, challenge a client, and rally a team?
We are looking for a commercially driven ecommerce leader to own the growth and performance of a portfolio of international clients.
This is not a traditional account management role.
You will act as the commercial owner of client outcomes, responsible for building growth strategies, influencing stakeholders, and driving delivery across internal ecommerce teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client Ownership & Growth
- Own revenue and growth targets across multiple client accounts
- Develop and lead strategic plans to deliver client GMV targets (e.g. £40M+)
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities across markets, channels, and investment levels
- Drive upsell opportunities including new markets, increased spend, and expanded services
Strategic Leadership
- Translate client ambitions into clear, executable ecommerce strategies
- Coordinate with internal Ecommerce Managers across regions (e.g. Japan, France) to deliver plans
- Set targets, challenge assumptions, and ensure accountability across teams
Stakeholder Management
- Build deep relationships across client organisations — from operational teams to senior leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor and embedded partner within client businesses
- Ensure clients feel heard, understood, and proactively supported
Commercial Influence
- Act as the voice of the business — constructively challenge clients when required
- Address blockers that limit performance and push for better commercial outcomes
- Balance client needs with business objectives
Profile
Core Experience
- Background in Ecommerce Trading, Ecommerce Management, or Digital Commercial roles
- Experience owning or contributing to revenue / GMV targets
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, ideally in an agency, marketplace, or multi-market environment
