Reports into: Senior Commercial / Digital Leadership
Location: Saudi Arabia - Jeddah
This is a senior, hands-on e-commerce trading leadership role with full accountability for online commercial performance in Saudi Arabia.
The role owns end-to-end trading execution, including sales growth, margin delivery, trading cadence, promotional strategy, team leadership and commercial decision-making.
This position requires a resilient, confident leader who is comfortable operating under pressure, making decisions, challenging constructively and being fully accountable for outcomes.
This is not a passive, coordination or support role.
The role is suitable for:
A high-performing Senior Trading Manager ready to step up, or
An experienced Head of Trading seeking greater scale, ownership and progression
Full ownership of e-commerce trading performance in Saudi Arabia
Deliver sales growth, margin optimisation, conversion improvement and stock efficiency
Lead the trading and promotional calendar, including peak trading events
Define and execute pricing, promotions, bundles and markdown strategies
Balance aggressive growth targets with disciplined, sustainable trading decisions
Lead trading across relevant retail categories
Apply strong understanding of price sensitivity, promotional mechanics, supplier funding and inventory velocity
Partner closely with Buying and Supply Chain to maximise availability, sell-through and profitability
Lead, develop and performance-manage a department within the e-commerce trading team
Set clear standards, pace and accountability across the function
Build a high-performance trading culture focused on execution and outcomes
Identify, coach and develop future leaders within the business
Work closely with Marketing, Technology, Supply Chain and Finance
Translate performance data and insight into clear, actionable commercial decisions
Act as a senior commercial voice within the wider organisation
Positioned as a successor role with scope to assume full Head of Trading responsibility

Strong e-commerce trading background (DTC, brand or owned platform)
Proven experience managing large-scale trading calendars and promotions
Demonstrated leadership of trading teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Saudi Arabian national
