Senior Trading Manager - Ecommerce
Reports into: Senior Commercial / Digital Leadership
This is a senior, hands-on e-commerce trading leadership role with full accountability for online commercial performance in Saudi Arabia.
The role owns end-to-end trading execution, including sales growth, margin delivery, trading cadence, promotional strategy, team leadership and commercial decision-making.
This position requires a resilient, confident leader who is comfortable operating under pressure, making decisions, challenging constructively and being accountable for outcomes.
This is not a passive or support role.

Ownership of e-commerce trading performance in Saudi Arabia
Deliver sales growth, margin optimisation, conversion improvement and stock efficiency
Lead the trading and promotional calendar, including peak trading events
Define and execute pricing, promotions, bundles and markdown strategies
Balance aggressive growth targets with sustainable commercial discipline
Lead trading across the relevant categories.
Deep understanding of price sensitivity, supplier funding, promotional mechanics and inventory velocity
Work closely with buying and supply chain to maximise availability and sell-through
Lead, develop and performance-manage department within the e-commerce trading team
Set clear standards, pace and accountability
Build a high-performance trading culture focused on delivery, not hierarchy
Identify and develop future leaders within the function
Partner closely with Marketing, Technology, Supply Chain and Finance
Translate performance data and insight into clear commercial actions
Act as a senior commercial voice within the wider organisation
Positioned as a successor role with scope to assume full Head of Trading responsibility
Opportunity to broaden remit as the business scales
Strong e-commerce trading background (DTC / brand or owned platform)
Proven experience managing large-scale trading calendars and promotions
Demonstrated leadership of trading teams in high-pressure environments
For Saudi / Arabic-speaking candidates, broad retail category experience will be considered where trading fundamentals are strong
Saudi national preferred
Will consider Arabic and EU, UK nationals
Arabic language skills advantageous but not essential
