(International Ecommerce Platform)
Overview
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to own and grow relationships with a portfolio of international ecommerce brands.
This role acts as the primary commercial and strategic point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring agreed commercial objectives are achieved across ecommerce trading, marketing performance and platform execution.
The role combines strong client relationship management with hands-on ecommerce trading and performance oversight. You will be comfortable discussing GMV growth, conversion performance and margin optimisation while also presenting strategy and progress to senior client stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client brands
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Represent client goals and priorities internally across the business
• Ensure clear communication, expectation management and delivery against commitments
• Define commercial objectives with clients including GMV, conversion, AOV, margin and returns
• Translate KPIs into clear account roadmaps and execution plans
• Own accountability for delivery against agreed performance targets
• Oversee day-to-day ecommerce performance across client stores
• Monitor and optimise KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, revenue and margin
• Develop trading calendars and optimisation plans aligned to client growth objectives
• Coordinate internal teams across product, engineering, marketing, content and operations
• Prioritise product and platform requirements on behalf of clients
• Support marketing planning across paid media, CRM and onsite initiatives
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients
• Present performance insights, analysis and forward plans
• Deliver clear data-driven reporting for internal and client stakeholders
• Experience managing ecommerce or digital client accounts
• Strong understanding of ecommerce trading metrics and performance drivers
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Strong organisational and communication skills
