The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Head of Retail to lead a large-format retail business in Saudi Arabia. The role carries full accountability for commercial performance, operational execution, and growth strategy across the Kingdom.

The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with hands-on retail leadership, operating at scale in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Role Scope

• Full ownership of country P&L, revenue growth, and profitability

• Leadership of multi-store, high-volume retail operations

• Development and execution of country retail strategy

• Oversight of store performance, customer experience, and visual standards

• Ownership of store portfolio, new openings, and CAPEX governance

• Alignment of merchandising, supply chain, and marketing to drive sales and margin

• Leadership, development, and succession planning of senior retail teams

• Monitoring of competitors, customer trends, and market dynamics

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years’ experience in senior retail leadership roles

• Background in large-format retail (home, fashion, or similar)

• Experience within private label, we might consider franchise retail model experience

• Proven management of large P&Ls (ideally $400M+ revenue scale)

• Direct experience operating in Saudi Arabia is beneficial but not essential

• Track record leading complex, multi-site retail organisations
