Ecommerce Manager – Europe

Overview

We are seeking an Ecommerce Manager responsible for day-to-day trading performance across ecommerce sites serving European markets.

The role focuses on ecommerce trading optimisation, merchandising execution and campaign delivery to support revenue growth across multiple country sites.

You will work closely with marketing, content, operations and client teams to ensure strong commercial performance across ecommerce storefronts.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage Shopify storefront configuration and optimisation
• Support campaign launches, merchandising updates and promotional activity
• Ensure ecommerce content and merchandising meets market expectations
• Monitor ecommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion rate and AOV
• Analyse customer behaviour and product performance data
• Test site functionality and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams
• Monitor pricing competitiveness and market demand trends
• Track performance of promotional campaigns and CRM offers
• Provide reporting and insights on ecommerce performance


Candidate Profile

• Ability to speak one or more European languages (French preferred, Italian, German or Spanish advantageous)
• Hands-on Shopify ecommerce management experience
• Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and reporting capability
• Comfortable working in fast-paced ecommerce environments
