We are seeking a CRM Specialist to support the delivery of high-performing lifecycle marketing programmes across multiple international ecommerce markets.
The role focuses on building, deploying and optimising email and SMS campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention and revenue growth across several ecommerce storefronts.
You will work cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Marketing, Design and Client teams to execute data-driven CRM programmes and improve lifecycle performance.
• Develop and deploy lemail and SMS campaigns across multiple markets and ecommerce sites
• Build and optimise automated lifecycle flows including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase and retention programmes
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including segmentation, build, QA, scheduling and reporting
• Segment customer audiences and personalise messaging to increase engagement and conversion
• Monitor CRM performance metrics including deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, revenue per recipient and lifecycle performance
• Collaborate with Ecommerce and Marketing teams to align CRM initiatives with trading calendars and promotional campaigns
• Work closely with Content and Design teams to ensure CRM assets meet brand and standards
• Maintain strong list hygiene and sender reputation across markets
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimise CRM performance
• Stay up to date with CRM best practices and platform developments
• 2–3+ years of ecommerce CRM or email marketing experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms
• Understanding of lifecycle marketing and email deliverability best practices
• Experience executing campaigns across multiple countries or markets
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data
• Detail-oriented with strong campaign QA and execution discipline
• Comfortable working within ecommerce and marketing technology platforms
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
