An exciting opportunity to join two founder-led, fast-growing consumer brands operating in the accessories and lifestyle clothing space. Both businesses are at a pivotal growth stage and require a senior commercial leader to drive scale, profitability, and digital acceleration.
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role, working closely with the founders of each business and playing a central role in shaping the next phase of growth.
The Managing Director / Chief Commercial Officer will have responsibility for commercial strategy and execution across both businesses, with a particular focus on digital, trading performance, and operational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
Own and deliver the commercial and trading strategy across both brands
Drive revenue growth, margin optimisation, and profitability
Lead and develop e-commerce and digital trading performance
Build and scale a shared digital and commercial capability across the two businesses
Work closely with founders on strategic planning, budgeting, and execution
Translate brand vision into commercially effective routes to market
Ensure strong operational cadence, forecasting, and performance management
Act as a senior, visible leader across both organisations
This role will suit a commercially driven leader who is ready to step into a broader MD / CCO remit.
Likely background:
Currently operating as a Commercial Director, Trading Director, E-commerce Director, Sales Director, or No.2 MD
Experience within consumer brands, ideally accessories, fashion, lifestyle, or adjacent categories
Strong understanding of digital, e-commerce, and omnichannel trading
Proven ability to commercialise brands online
Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and comfortable in SME environments
Confident working alongside founders and influencing at board level
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and operationally strong
Ambitious and motivated by autonomy and growth opportunity
Experience within high-quality, design-led consumer brands is highly advantageous.
