  • Oversee the visual merchandising layout to showcase products effectively.
  • Ensure the store adheres to brand guidelines in terms of aesthetics and presentation.
  • Implement seasonal displays and promotions to attract and engage customers.
  • Prioritise exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to make improvements in service and offerings.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Conduct regular stock assessments and coordinate with the headquarters for restocking
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Collaborate with the corporate office to implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs where possible.
