Job Description

We are looking for a Creative & Advertising Manager to join our Marketing team with the following requirements:

This role requires a strong background in creative direction, advertising campaigns, and brand management to enhance our brand and drive customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
·         Develop and execute the overall creative and advertising strategies to promote our brand and products.
·         Lead a team of graphic designers to develop compelling and impactful campaigns across various channels.
·         Develop our in-house studio team to be able to handle the load of work in a professional and creative way.
·         Oversee the production of all marketing and advertising materials, ensuring they align with the brand identity and messaging.
·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop creative briefs that effectively communicate campaign objectives and target audience.
·         Manage the creative process from concept development to final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
·         Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to enhance our brand's presence in the market.
·         Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and ROI.
·         Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and advertising materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
·         Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and suppliers, leading the negotiation of contracts and managing project timelines.
·         Present the creative ideas and directions in a very professional way.
·         Introduce the new techniques in handling the creative and advertising work based on the new technological trends, including AI and Automation techniques.
Job Requirements:
·         Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
·         Proven experience as a creative & advertising manager, or in a similar role.
·         Strong portfolio showcasing successful advertising campaigns, creative executions, and brand management.
·         Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
·         Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team.
·         Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
·         Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Job information:
  • Full-time
  • Salary & benefits (15,000 basic + 35% allowance + 30 days annual vacation + medical insurance Bupa class A + annual bonus up to 4 basic salary depending on the employee performance).
  • Reporting to Head of Marketing.
