LEADING RETAIL GROUP Co-ordinate with the Departments of marketing, sales management, operations and management support services. Selection of consulting offices (for design and supervision), contractors and suppliers, and follow-up to the establishment of new branches, forms and various buildings and expansion of branches. Development and processing of the projects and setting the required designs and general maintenance of all company premises, as well as overseeing the leasing of shops in the markets, and plans measures to accomplish these activities. Personal Profile: • Education: Bachelor in relevant field (Minimum). • Basic Salary : Competitive (It is negotiable for some high calibers) • Other Benefits: Housing: 3 times of Basic Salary + Transport 10% of Basic Salary + yearly performance based Bonus • Job Location: Riyadh – HO, Saudi Arabia. • Nationality: Saudis or Arabic Nationals • Age: 35 to 45 years • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar environment. • Strong Leadership skills and advance interpersonal skills.
