Job Details:
We are seeking a MBA qualified dynamic European experienced food retailer to grow and advance this brand in China. As a Senior Retail Operations Manager you will undertake the following key activities Store operations procedures and controls Implementation of SOPs, systems and controls for the efficient operations of stores and supply chain support if appropriate. Improvement of management systems, operation procedures and key performance indicators. Capacity building of regional operations teams through implementing a dynamic retail operations improvement and training programme. Store development, layout and operations Developing store conversion / development plans and meeting annual store opening targets. Transferring best practice in international retail store operations and merchandising. Providing on site consultancy and training to ensure delivery Purchasing, supplier negotiation and price setting. Identify local and international suppliers of non resellables / equipment and facilitating central price negotiations with key preferred suppliers.
