Job Details:
A challenging role for a true leader in the recruitment or an HRD with significant recruitment exposure managing large volume recruitment campaigns with the retail industry. The perfect candidate must have a very strong personality be charismatic and able to manage a team in excess of (direct + indirect) 60 employees, covering 13 countries in the Middle East. The role To develop the volume recruitment strategy To achieve and maintain optimum headcount and manpower capacity to deliver operational and strategic objectives To plan sourcing and attraction strategies for a large number of diverse assignments from store level to middle- management vacancies To lead a team of seasoned recruiters and to monitor search assignments through the full life cycle of the recruitment process To organise and execute large scale, mass recruitment campaigns according to business needs To design processes for the capture, analysis and reporting of key recruitment metrics and initiatives such as optimal use of the E-recruitment system, on-boarding and induction processes and talent pipeline To establish and manage activities to support employer brand awareness To advise and support related business functions, including sharp internal consultancy, quality control of processes and customer relationship management To follow up and improve long-term partnerships and alliances with key third party suppliers. The person A charismatic and efficient team leader Very strong management skills Natural empathy to tie sustainable corporate relationships with internal stakeholders at executive level A genuine passion for developing people and increase performance through teamwork A focused people manager, resourceful, "out-of the-box" thinker Solid business acumen and proven project management skills Negotiation skills with experience of dealing with third party suppliers such as recruitment agencies and recruitment services suppliers is a plus Comfortable managing complexity, influence internal stakeholders and tight deadlines in a fast- paced environment Main requirements Proven track record of having successfully handled volume recruitment campaigns (more than 6000 positions per year) Experience leading large teams of recruiters Multi country experience Knowledge and practice of the retail segment is a must 15+ years of experience in recruitment ideally gained in-house and in a multinational environment Degree caliber, ideally with an additional HR qualification Hands-on experience across all business levels is essential Excellent process management skills Advocate for the recruitment function with proven track record of successful people management, service delivery and excellent customer relationship skills Great attention to detail and highly organised Good networking, communication and presentation skills Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret profiles and prepare candidate interview feedback, reports etc. Forward your full CV with package detail for an initial discussion. |
