Job Details:
A great opportunity to join a leader in their field. Key Performance Areas to include but not limited to: Create and maintain direct internal relationships. Work closely with Brand teams, External Communications and E-marketing. Collaborate with External Corporations team where required to ensure alignment of message.. Support Alshaya’s communication cascade process: Supporting the development and maintenance of core internal communication channels. Coordinating the communication of core Alshaya initiatives to employees (brand / functional announcements / CEO quarterly updates etc.) Reviewing internal announcements and collateral to ensure it is aligned with the Alshaya brand and key corporate messages. Support new channel development. Work with the Internal Corporate Communications Manager to develop and enhance the company intranet. Identify and support new opportunities to enhance employee communication. Support the development of internal communications programmes for key initiatives Support the building of programmes to drive the sustainability of Alshaya’s Visions and Values. Support Customer Care communications Identify and support opportunities to capture and respond to employee feedback Support the development of best practice, policies and standards to maintain consistency across all communications: Monitor internal communication against core policies and performance metrics Share and support the communication and development of best practice Support the communications approach for crisis management.
