Factory Manager The candidate will be responsible for managing, import, manufacture, filling, packaging of fresh food, business plans, productions, operations, maintenance, sourcing, procurement, inventory control, sales target & budget. To leads and manage the development and execution of the strategic plans for the food manufacturing and participate in cross-functional teams charged with product changes or improvements, cost reduction, Manages respective categories and participate in team to ensure process and system consistency. · Education: Bachelor in relevant field (Minimum). · Basic Salary : Competitive (It is negotiable for some high calibers) · Other Benefits: Housing: 3 times of Basic Salary + Transport 10% of Basic Salary + yearly performance based Bonus · Job Location: Riyadh – HO, Saudi Arabia. · Nationality: Saudis or Arabs · Age: 35 to 45 years · Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar. · Strong Leadership skills and advance interpersonal skills. |
