The Role: To realize its highly ambitious and aggressive expansion plan, the company is currently looking for a proactive, commercially focused and profit driven Business Manager specialized in Premium Cosmetics who will be in charge of developing Brands throughout the Middle East and North Africa. Reporting to the Vice-President of Health & Beauty and based in Head Office, the retained candidate will be given the mandate to successfully develop Brands, contributing to implement ambitious expansion plans in the region. The Role Summary: Strategic brand development & business planning Fully accountable for the whole P&L design and delivery Maintaining & developing corporate relationship Team/people development and leadership Property strategy development Role balance: 60% operational, 40% strategic The Requirements: 10 years gained in multiple retail environments Solid experience in Premium Cosmetics - Makeup & Perfume retailing (preferable) Minimum of 5 years in senior management positions Directorship and development experience of large retail store chains Some multi-national/expat. experience preferred The person: Commercially astute and profit driven An influential, proactive and strong leader A "people" person with charisma A proven track record of delivering success through teamwork Influencing skills & excellent negotiator Comfortable in managing complexity |
