Superb opportunity to join a prestigious quality foodservice business which also has a strong growth plan across the Middle East region. This role focusses heavily on managing the café/restaurant department of more than 300 covers. Key Performance Areas to include but not limited to: Manage a team within area of responsibility. Identify & prioritise business needs to strategically schedule self & Employees. Manage retention by hiring, & motivating quality Employees. Promote & advertise company bonus / Incentive scheme & benefits in an effort to improve morale & productivity. Coach, mentor, develop & train the team. Recognise & recommend training needs where necessary & recommend high performing individuals for succession planning; supporting where required. Conduct performance appraisals & team meetings. Develop internal & external relationships & liaise with key areas to benefit the Business. Ensure effective, open & transparent communication at all times. Respond to customer inquiries, concerns & complaints & act accordingly to resolve & in a timely manner. Act as an ambassador for the brand & company by maintaining the highest level of honesty, integrity, ethical & moral conduct at all times. Maintain internal processes to ensure quality & continuity of standards. Prepare & submit reports as requested & actively attend meetings. Ensure that standards for quality, customer service, health & safety & food hygiene are met & maintain a safe working environment. Ensure products are available & effectively merchandised. Maintain a constant communication with the VM. You will have a proven track record in Food Service with the ability to manage volume covers yet deliver excellent service levels and standards. Package is negotiable. |
