Job Title - Area HR ( Human Resources) Manager Location – Kuwait The Role: Area HR generalist position encompassing multiple brands and multiple countries. You will work closely with retail partners and senior management to support the general HR administration. Roll out of training and succession planning ensuring future growth for individuals and the business. Accountable for aspects of Resourcing and Retention. Responsible for ensuring a clear understanding and smooth delivery of the Compensation and Reward process. Support and coach line and senior managers on the Company's Disciplinary and Grievance and Performance Management Processes to promote fairness, consistency of approach and employee satisfaction and productivity. Identify opportunities/initiatives for improvement of HR processes and managerial skills through proactive consultation with stakeholders. Skills and Requirements: Coaching team members Contributing to business productivity Building best practice across HR generally Ability to work in a role that is constantly evolving Ability to challenge Strong Academic background Excellent communication skills and a passionate approach to delivery Please note – Retail HR experience is a must for this role. You will ideally hold 4 years + in large format single site such as Tesco, Sainsbury, Ikea, B and Q or multi site from high street retail. Package is negotiable and competitive. including flights, relocation, bonus, medical and discount. |
