My leading and diverse client within the retail field is currently in search of a retail experienced HR Director to lead the group transformation through implementation of improved recruitment practice, analysis and enhancement regarding comp & bens and improvements with in the training, coaching, guidance of the business employees. You will have significant retail experience and relevant HR qualifications such as IPD / Degree. Ideally you will have already gained MENA / GCC retail HRBP /Manager / Director level exposure. This is a typical generalist role whilst delivering some level of standardisation to corporate process and procedure you must have excellent government relations experience. Package to 30000SR |
