Job Details:
You role will be to support, co-ordinate, maintain business operational plans, to improve business planning process, develop operational review meeting procedures and follow up systems. You will also provide coaching to the planning team members and oversee multiple Corporate Planning activities to identify, create, implement and review successful, comprehensive and integrated Corporate Planning process. Accountabilities :- Strategy Development: • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of overall corporate strategies and plans, which enable the achievement of Company objectives. Strategy Implementation: • Ensure the effective implementation of Corporate Planning strategy through leadership of the Corporate Planning department setting objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff - in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved. Organization Structures: • Define an optimum organisation structure for the Corporate Planning department in coordination with systems department so that resources are optimally utilised and communication can take place in an efficient manner. Budgeting & Cost Control: • Provide the Support in the preparation of the Corporate planning departmental budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon Corporate planning Policies and Procedures: • Develop and oversee the implementation of operational policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of Corporate Planning so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers. In coordination with systems department Minimum Qualifications: • Masters Degree in Business Management and administration (M B A) is a must. • C.P.A / P M P and higher qualification is preferable Minimum Experience: • 15– 20 years of management experience • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in Strategic Planning , in similar Multinational Company |
